Thinking a 3.05 cubic box before port/sub. 34L x 14.5H x 14D (14.75 with double baffle). 3in wide port, tuned to 32Hz.

Should be about 2.5 after sub, port and bracing right?

Is that a good size, or should I go a little bigger or smaller? I could add about 5 more inches in length, and a tiny bit in depth and height if needed. Going to give the rated 250w, want to get the most output possible.

I have tested them in 2.25 and they performed very very well tuned to 32hz. I'm sure it would perform very well in a slightly larger enclosure.

Any idea on the curves when you plotted it?

Before deciding on that, it is best to have the sub pointed to the back of the trunk, and as close to it as possible right? My current box is pushed all the way towards the rear seats, firing in the cabin, and I dont think it works that well.
