Engineering (Materials) carburizing problem HELP!

Ok well for those ofyou who have taken a course in materials or something here it is:

1. Diffusion: You have a tool made of low carbon (0.18% C) steel. You want to carburize the steel in order to harden the outside of the tool. In order to get the required hardness, you need to obtain a carbon content of 0.75% at a depth of 0.6 mm below the surface.

Design a carburizing treatment that would work well for this tool. Specify the temperature (in C), the surface carbon concentration (%), and the time required (in hours – or in minutes, if less than one hour) for this carburizing treatment. (I will check your values and make sure that they give the required carbon level at a depth of 0.6mm.)

So you have the equation:

Now I cant solve for Cs because I also have the variable T. I chose D to be 1300 degrees C so for D I plug in 2.9x10^-10. Can anyone help?
