No. The best one to use is the ribbon ground cable usually located on the firewall and runs to the back of the motor.

Just find a bolt that is on your engine block

Look at the back of your engine next to the firewall. This is generally the place for the stock strap. It is generally a flat braided wire. This is the best place to upgrade the ground.
