Engine Noise Help

Im getting pretty bad engine noise from the deck, and already have a ground loop isolator in place..

I have power ran on one side and rcas on the other side, even tried running RCAs over the seats and stuff to the amp, didn't fix it..

I get no engine noise when i plug my phone directly into the amp

Not sure what else to do..

Thanks for the help!

I spliced on another ground wire from the harness and grounded it somewhere below the glove box didn't do anything..

I checked the fuse in the back (10A one) and its still fine is there another one inside?

I did the wire around the RCAs and did nothing..

Pic of how i did it:

Pioneer deck model: DEH-X3500UI

Its a mustang uni body so no frame to ground too..

If you did the above and nothing changed, you may have a bad rca cable. Check to make sure your rca cable is not pinched or cut into somewhere. That or you may just need a better cable.
i have tried 2 different sets both brand new, maybe trying a better brand cable if so what brand?

what type of amp? is it running mid range or subs or both? what year mustang? factory mach system? if so was the factory amp bypassed?
AMP: Kicker IX500.4 Powers 4 Kicker KS65.2

AMP2: Kicker 1000.1 (forgot the model) Powers 10" L5

Mustang Year: 1997 GT

Mach: Yes, Ran all new wire for everything, back 2mach amps were removed not sure if there is a 3rd??

Alternator whine doesn't come from the head unit, it comes through the head unit. Where it comes from is the alternator and that's where you need to start troubleshooting.

Make sure all of the connections at the alternator and battery are clean and tight and make sure you have good grounds from the engine to the battery and from the frame & body to the battery.

Checked the alternator connections, how do you check the to make sure you have good grounds from the engine to the battery? Also it doesn't have a frame its a uni body..
