Engine Noise Help

Checked the alternator connections, how do you check the to make sure you have good grounds from the engine to the battery? Also it doesn't have a frame its a uni body..
There will be a ground wire that goes from the battery to the engine. Make sure those connections are clean and that the terminals are in good shape.

I usually start at the batt and use the terminal on the battery as my reference ground. Do resistance checks everywhere, starting with battery post/terminal itself. then move down the line, frame, motor, body, making sure its as close to 0 as possible.

Tested the the body was getting about 0.02 to 0.04 on my fluke multimeter, then put the lead on the alternator housing and it was giving me about -2.0, not sure where else to test on the alternator, did not test the engine yet, need to get the jack/stands in to get under and find the engine ground port..
