Autozone said high voltage is the problem? That hardly makes any sense you should get low voltage if you play your subs for that long.

Autozone said something about high current.

Anyway I checked my voltage:

Does not go below 13 volts. Usually stays at 14.1 or close to 14 volts when at very high volume.

AZ can give you the code and the reasons it may be dropping. Could be bad spark plugs, wires, or coils.

No clue what any of these mean. May have to have my mechanic check it out.

Also I've had the engine light come on a few before with same reason as OP. But i can always unhook both batteries and the light would be gone after.....

Does it smell like rotten eggs coming from your exhaust? If so its the Converter. If not thats not your problem.

checked it already, actually the first time my engine light came on was when my rear battery's ground came off //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif while i was driving and playing music.

but everything is fine now, all grounds are good.

haha, no clue. the sub must've vibrated the bolt off the terminal. i think the bolt was loose.
