is this 100% oxy free wire?

and if not what would be the oxygen ratio compared to 100% oxy free copper cable.

some one told me if tis not 100% free oxy. then its close to 99% of that and the performance is not far off.

can anyone show me cheaper and/or better wire?

the eNetic is very nice, comparable to Knu's Kolossus. Here's a pic of the two, eNetic on left.
