The pair of SW9122s I used to have maxed out two 4" aeroports that I installed, it started to make chuffing noises at about 60% volume and it didn't sound all that great after that.
Go with at least two 4" aeroports per sub(three if you want more cowbells) but I would do a giant 6~8 inch wide slot port.
