I need some help designing a new box for my setup. It's about that time to switch things up and I want to design it to really give me the thump it is supposed to five.

The box is for 2 Memphis Mojo 15s...looking for a ported design. The specs off of Memphis' site call for: 6.50 / 35 / 15.5 x 3.5 x 21 (cuft, tuning freq, port size)

I have 1 constraint, i need it to fit in 48.5" length (tightly...it acts as a wedge for my wall holding up my 3 door speaker amps)...so the dimensions have to be 48.5x?x?

And as far as port design is concerned, where on the box should it be...side or middle and should it be the recommended dimensions or switched a bit. lastly, should i aim the subs at the ceiling or hatch?

what vehicle is it going in and what are your max dimensions, i do ported designs with 3D and cut sheet for 10 bucks if you would be interested

99 ford expedition, other than the length constraint, i have all the room from the hatch to the back seat. I may be interested in purchasing the design from you. are the designs good enough for competition, I have met some people that make fantastic boxes and some not so great, how would you rate yours?

here are a few of the ones i have done recently. im a big fan of a healthy dose of port area and a low tuning. the people ive done deigns for have been very happy with them.

what exactly are you wanting from this setup. do you just want a fart box that will do numbers all day long or do you want something that will get down low and sound good for daily abuse?

I dont compete anymore...i just throw parties out my truck out at a local frat house, want something that sounds good and gets low. Also, will any of these boxes need extra bracing internally?

those are just random ones, i do each new design from scratch, i suggest some bracing for most of them though.

I like the designs, they look good. How long does it take you to draw one up? Reason ill need bracing it the amps may be mounts on the box and if youve messed with Memphis Mojo MCD4KWs any you know the boards are long, slinder and flimsy to say the least. You accept paypal?

it usually takes me a couple hours to do one, depending on how well i stay focused.

and i do take PP

if you want one shoot me a PM with your max dimensions HxWxD in inches. with these going in an suv i would do subs up port back, but i can do it how ever you want.
