Enclosure Measurements Correct?

So tryin to design a enclosure for my buddies 09 lancer. The cross member in the trunk hangs down low as hell so ive gotta do kinda like 2 seperate boxes. Will be puttin in 2 atomic apx on 2 Merlon 4000d strapped. (temp amps). Trying to design for cabin fire but having issues with figuring correct port measurements. Box dimensions are 35w/13h/8d and 35w/18h/14d with a 6" aero port at 15" long tunes to about 33hz but is only 28.2sqin of port

Update to the first posting. Changed some measurements and things and would like to know if my measurements are right. Subs are still 2 atomic apx 12's, amps are 2 aq2200's. These measurements are the max i can get out of this trunk, with the box being built inside. I know its still on the small side for these subs tho.

And Im not really familiar with WinISD, but this is the graph it gave me with all the specs of the subs and box. If anyone could please explain

my only question is how are you gonna fit a sub that measures 12.75 (out side dim) in a baffle that is only 12.25? why is the "false" floor there ?
