Hello All!
... I'm about to do a blow-through build in my Nissan Sentra for my (2) 12" MA Audio Hk12x2s... I designed an enclosure.. It about .11cuft under my goal.. ( I wanted 6cuft plus the port... I ended up with 5.89cuft plus the port. )
The BIGGEST Enclosure that I can fit into this car's trunk is:
38.75"W x 14.75"H x 24.75"D - That's 8.18cuft NET! ( Pretty Big Trunk - thanks to all my modifications to it... lol )
... With a lot of pushes & pulls... and a KICK at the end... It's in there! ( and no I don't have to break the box to get it out... comes out just as " easy " )
The box I designed is:
38"W x 14.5"H x 30"D... Tuned @ 29hz - 30hz
( Look @ the picture and see what I mean by ~ 30"Deep ~ )
It's 30"Deep in the Middle of the box....
.. From the front: ( Which is only 30"Wide )
It goes 7" back... then 4" out...
( After the 7" back it's 23"Deep... Then it goes 4" out on EACH sideto make 38"Wide )
I only have 31" in the opening of the cabin ( so I made it 30" )
... I wanna know:
Due to the middle of the enclosure being ( 7" Longer ), is that gonna prevent me from placing this enclosure into my trunk?
If SO!
... How would I go about doing so... ?
