enclosure design help needed! shok elite x 15" 4th order bp

hi yall. so my wife bought me a shok elite x 15" and sound magus amp for xmas. ive done some box building 15 yrs ago but not much. i built a 2.5 ft3 sealed for her and just not happy with results. there is not very much info on these subs. next i tried building a ported box at 3.5 ft3 tuned to 35 hz, also ****** imo (worst than sealed). so i tried using that winisd for a 4th order bp and wow, its way over my head. any suggestions or help would be awsome! thanks for reading!

Vehicle : 97 toyota tacoma ext cab

Location in the vehicle: in the bed.i have a canopy. and thinking blowthrough at sliding windows???

Space available (Length x Width x Height):havent takin measurements but have lots!

Subwoofer make and model: shok industries elite x

Subwoofer Size:15"

Number of Subwoofers:1

Type of Port (Kerfed, Slot, Aero, etc.):slot or aero

What type of music do you like?:mostly rock, rap, country. everything

Specs on the ported? Tuning, port area? Configuration? How much power are you feeding it?

I think you've built the ported wrong. Especially if you use winisd to calculate the box without factoring in any displacement. I'd have cscstang design you a T line if you want something musical.

Its not gonna be 1800 rms, it will be underpowered if you account in box rise which you might land in 2+ ohms load that the amp sees
