Why do these shops do that, the people on unique whips do that all the time. I consider that very unprofessional. If I had a shop with workers like that, I would remove them.

every small manufacturing company Ive worked for had a laid back atmosphere like that

and it is quite enjoyable.

not to mention u are watching like 05 minutes of the day...
