Electric fan noise. Please help

I have a 65 mustang with a custom audio head unit. I have a boss amp hooked up to my rear speakers and have feed back from my electric fan. I had originally the ground to the battery. Had feed back. Ran a new ground right to the frame. Still feedback. Tried a different amp, still feedback. I tried a different set of RCA cables and still. If I disconnect the electric fan it goes away. I ran a new ground for the fan and still have it. I also have front speakers hooked up to the deck without an amp and have no feed bAck thought the front one so I feel it is not the deck or I would through the front one right? I am at a lost of how I can get rid of this? Any help is greatly appreciated thank you

How close is the power wire to your RCA cable?

I can tell you that fans can cause a lot of interference. And amps amplify signals so a small noise that doesn't show up in the front speakers will show up through an amplifier. Is it the blower fan? I'm by no means an expert in interference but I have had a lot in vehicles! I've used shielding, adding a ground to the hu chassis. Switched RCA's 4 times just to find out the first three were just garbage, ground loop problems. In my current system I couldn't get rid of a small noise so I switched to an all digital system.
