would it be safe to run two Elemental Designs K series 12s (the 2 ohm versions) off a JBL 1200.1? Would this cause any problems, would the speakers hold this wattage with no p roblem?

well, if yo make a pure SPL box (tuned to resonant frequency) theres a chance...

but honestly, you never know,....

some people put ridiculous time and effort and money into breaking that magical 150 mark, and never do it...

you never know..
