The size tuning of the boxes can differ, causing differences in sound. my guess is the box for the 13av.2 is too small or has too little port area.

sounds like what i went through. i couldnt figure out why my girls 3 type r's on 600rms total sounded better/louder than my 3 ID's on 1100rms....... so i sold em and got 1 12" and decided to call it a day haha
