oh, these subs are DUAL 2 OHM. it says it right on my packet of info for the sub and I read the coils, they are at 1.5ohm. Keep this in mind buyers. I notified the seller. Glad I didn't buy an amp yet

****. I guess Ill be wiring to .5 ohm. these are supposed to be much better than the first ones, so its not that bad. The money I was going to use to recone them can now go into electrical support for my amp!

my amp selection has changed now because of this. Stetsom may be the way to go, there are few amps I'd be comfortable running at 1/2 ohm

from what I understand though, there is a ton of impedance rise with the konaki, so I highly doubt my amp will ever actually see anything less than 1 ohm.

looks like same motor,basket,cone as the aq subs. how many spiders dose it have?

dose the guy have any of these in 10s?

when someone blows one take a pix of the coil and spiders curious what they look like...

That, or the older American Bass VFL150.1 heat sink. Not to mention very similar to teh newer Maxxsonics Hifonics budget amps as well.
