Efficient Woofers, anywhere?

Soooo I'm going a different route now, and instead of walling off the F-150 I'm just taking out one seat

What I have/Will have soon

DDX 8019

AudioControl EQS

Memphis 1300 Big Belle 5 Chan

So my question is

Considering the belle gives me 1100 at 1ohm, what four 12" Woofers are the most efficient that you know of?

Considering I have the space but only that power, I'm considering The RD Classic's right now - I've been running an Alpha and I love it

But I'm just looking around to see if there's anything that can get louder on the 300w rms or so I have to offer. I've looked aorund and I keep coming back to the same old crap that are rated in that range

Classics, Maw 12's, Memphis PR's(Dear GOD I wont run these, but came to mind) same with CVR's

I just need some more ideas, help

SQL based but I'm trying to get semi-loud

Anyone? Ideas

image dynamics IDQ12d2v2 can be had for cheap if you find them. great for 300w each and built for SQ, if you want a bit more output you can do the ID series. got a bit more Xmax and such.

dual2's will get you to 1ohm fine.

I'm fine with the wiring and whatnot, I'm not a complete fool, only 90% //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Anywho, the demand is not necessarily for four 12" woofers, no. But my viewpoint is I have 8.5 cubes or so that I'm going to use in my truck, and I want to stick in those parameters.

Did I consider two 15" Woofers with 600rms or so? Sure, but the way I see it is if I can find four 12" woofers that are efficient enough, more cone area on the same power = better output, no?

And in that range, what's the choices? Two 15" Q's, Two Hype R's, Bm's, RD Sonance's, stuff like that

All good, but I dont know if it's what I'm looking for.

I need something to dwarf my 15" Alpha on my 1000.1, it was fairly loud but simply not loud enough for me. And it's hard to do on 1200 rms or so, I know. I'm not expecting to pull 50's by any means, but it sitll has to get reasonable.

A friend has a new style Memphis 1000D on four 12" Pr's. I want at least that loud if that gives you an idea. The PR's are good little entry level woofers for what htey are - get pretty loud.

soundsplinter rl-i, but it would have to be 10s. and i don't know how many more he has.

fi ssd would be better then the q for the situation...

sundown audio's sd-1, but again, in a 10 for the moment.

SI bm

and that's about all i can think of. i wish the sundown was in a 12 already, at least it's not listed on his site. the classics would work, but IME, do better sealed as far as sq goes.

New SI Mags will get loud off of ~500 or so watts and will have amzing SQ. and with 8.5 cubes you could do 8 of them, lol.
Yeah I wish

I only have 1200w rms or so //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

Anything else?

Wish Jacob would send me 4 of the SD1s to *test* COUGH COUGH

Why don't you just go for the PR's then? If they deliver what you are looking for, why look any further? //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gif
