Effectiveness of dynamat on floormats?

if you door panels hook into the metal, your doors ****. plain and simple.

I used the Don Sambrook Sammich of CCF, MLV, and 3M Thinsulate Acoustic on my doors that hook into metal. I get great midbass, I didn't have to stuff the door cavity, and I haven't had to drill holes in the inner panels to secure them.
