ED's service sucks!

Well, it's been over a month and i still haven't got my amp back from ED. I shipped it off some where around the 20th last month and it got there in like 2 days. It took them like a week to even get ahold of me, and let me know what was going on. They said they had to order some parts and it was going to be a really simple rebuild, and it should take about a week to a week and a half...Well i call them beginning of last week to get an update. "yeah man it should be here either today or tomorrow and we'll get a tracking number to ya the same day". Well 6 days later still nothing from ED. Sorry, just had to get that off my chest. I'm tired of being bass- less especially with my new box being just built.

 
I just realized it because i never dealt with them before. I knew some other people said it sucked, but i didn't expect it to be THIS bad.....****!

 
I ordered some speaker stands....3 days later they didn't show.... I spoke to them, they realized they never shipped them and overnighted them that day......I can't complain about them but sorry to hear bout your problem...that blows

you should post this on their little forum. Guarantee its deleted within an hour by one of those eDuh worshipers.

 
There isnt a company in the World that has perfect customer service.
I'd wager that Crutchfield likely has one of the lowest rates of complaint regarding their customer service of any company in the world...

Their pricing is another issue altogether and has no bearing on the first part of my post but as far as customer service goes they're really tough to beat.

 
Nuh uh, eD has perfect customer service! Nobody's ever dissatisfied...

..and all their speakers are built in Iowa...

They told me so...
