hear about this brand, decide to give it a shot, have 3 subs screw up from this company, then customer service is having issues...

this really says it all

I hear about Audio Pro, decide to give it a shot, have 3 subs screw up from this company, then customer service is having issues.

how many peeps would defend AudioPro in this case?

just laying it out for what it is

i love my 15A, and i am an avid supporter of eD....but i refuse to attack somebody that has a valid concern such as this

You know, i can see where he's coming from, i've experienced the same thing with RE.

But if Warren wasn't a complete and arrogant ******* who only respects himself and no one else, there wouldn't be a problem. He just thinks that he's so much better than the rest of us and that what we say has no precedent over what he says.

honestly though, when eD gets everything running smoothly...it should be really great

they are definatly lucky they have the member support they do

here's my experience with AudioPro...

with some recommendations of some friends, i look into the new 15 from AP

there is a preorder going on and expected shippment date is june 1st

i figure what the heck, might as well give it a whirl

the last week of may comes, and the owner of the company(wow) gives me a call and said he expects the sub shipped on the 1st

mid-june...no sub, no call, no email

it eventually arrives and i am thrilled to death, i have a comp in a couple of weeks and i have the sub in time

wire up sub, start to break it in...and it really 'breaks' in

email AP, post on their forum, get slammed, get accused of dropping/picking up by cone/overpowering/bad enclosure and generaly owned...whatever

so now i am distraught, pm the 'other guy' and they build and get the sub to me before the show

a month later, AP finally sends me my warranty replacement(i pay $25 shipping)....funny how they warranty it even though all the abuse i put it through //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/rolleyes.gif.c1fef805e9d1464d377451cd5bc18bfb.gif

so...i get the second one in, give it some play time, showing it to my dad(clueless why i put it back in after having problems so quickly the last time)...and low and behold, it falls apart in front of our eyes(thats the one you saw tommy)

another $25 and 2 months later i have yet another.....who knows how long it will last....but i do very much enjoy it while it works

would i make another purchase from AudioPro?...never...would you?....i doubt it

but i would make another purchase from eD because i have faith that they will soon correct all of their problems

don't expect everybody to have that same faith or even come remotely close to understanding it

because from the outside, they are just another one of the many online, run around, bs companies

ok, i am still waiting for my k. i can understand the frustration. just because a company cant keep an item in stock doesnt mean they have bad customer service. bad customer service is not getting a reply at all, not being able to reach the company. bad customer service isnt being offered the same sub but just a dif VC configuration. your friend asked they replied and offered a replacement, what more do you want? do you want them to say "oh, we are at fault here, we cant keep an item in stock, we are no better than RE or Stereo integrity just because of that reason." "here why dont you take this 135 bucks back and spend it elsewhere." this is not an issue of customer service, this is an issue of bass withdrawl and not having patience.
