yes an email was sent to them prior to shipping.. forms were filled out, the whole nine. My friend is just upset because he thought he'd get his product fixed and returned soon.. also he's mad that ed didn't even contact him, he had to contact them to find out what was going on.

So he shipped the amp w/o hearing back from ed?

Also, telephones are wonderful inventions that can be used to discuss thes type of things.

Tell your friend to quit crying up a storm. They dont have the parts, PLAIN AND SIMPLE. What else are they going to do? They offered him an SVC4 replacment. BOO FRICKIN WHOO, get over it. So it will be 3 weeks hes going to have to wait... thats 3 weeks that he isnt going to piss people off with his music like 90% of the other idiots out there, if thats his case.

what he is saying is that if they would have posted that on their site where you download the return papers, we would have ordered another sub in the meantime or something.
