instead of throwing parties and cookouts they need to keep their site updated and work on making woofers and amps.......... besides how is someone in huston, tx gonna go to the cookout?
This one is for local peeps. They have a bigger thing (see the shop and how they do work) thing in the summer or atleast they did last year.

I guess you havent had to deal with internet companies before, because this kind of stuff happens all the time, IT JUST HAPPENS. Every business experiences this.

Hell, i went to Best Buy(yes, the stores that have everything) and asked for a digital camera they had. But guess what, they DIDN'T have it. I had to wait over 2 weeks before a new shipment came in.

eD has to wait for their products as well, they are not a huge business that can have thousands of subs in stock at all times. The reason they took so long to get back to him is because its a little something called OTHER PEOPLE. Do you think you are the only person who tries to contact them on a given day? [/rant]

EDIT:and yes, i do know how that works. You think you are the only one that went to college or something? Jesus.

instead of chattin on the net they need to be servicing their customers and keeping their retention rate higher (those that have stuff to recommend other people and when they get a product wanting to come back to ed)....

maybe they should look into hiring another person part time or something that way they can get more work done.

if you all were in my situation u'd be pissed to.

hear about this brand, decide to give it a shot, have 3 subs screw up from this company, then customer service is having issues...

 
How do you know how much work ED do on a daily basis. That's right you don't so STFU.
it doesn't matter how much "work" they can do..

when youre on aol chatting away instead of doing work "updating your website"

that says a lot right there in itself....

Warren...shit happens. Deal with it. Being a dick won't get you anywhere. If you want their customer service to get better, do something about it. Sent your resume in.
