Edesigns or Lanzar ?

Hi, i'm cheking for upgrading my system and I hesitate between the Lanzar Opti500x2 and the Elemental Designs NINe.1

The eD makes sense based on efficiency, but in my experience Lanzar really stands behind any of their Optidrive stuff. They serviced my 1000.1D for no charge (except shipping) which I bought used off ebay, and it was well out of its stated warranty period.
