Edesign 6.5 mini sub recs

I tried searching but couldnt come up with much , i got rid of my subs and need bass again , however i dont want to go crazy with a huge box or anything , i'm thinking of running 2 of these in my rear deck,

so my question , has anyone played with these before ? are they louder free air in the rear deck or would they be louder in a box sitting in my trunk , i'd be picking up a pair of em , probably would look for a 4 channel that does 100x4 so i can run my comps off that same amp too.
