I used a foam paintbrush to paint my trunk floor, and it worked real well and applied real evenly. Unfortunately, the brushes wouldn't last long due to the thickness of it, but you can get a bunch of them for real cheap, so it all works out.

You should have gotten blue...atleast it wouldnt look like a big shitstain. Hows the stuff wash off your hands? I have 2 gallons coming in the mail from the Raffle...(its about time) and i wanna know which way is the best to apply it.

well... paintbrush sucks... spreading with your hands then smoothing with a paintbrush works the best, and the quickest... foam brushes sound like a good idea.... the spray gun didn't work too well (hense the weird texture) but I heard on another forum spectrum sprays better...

My suggestions:

Get the spray gun to see how well it sprays, if it looks like mine (and you care how it looks) use it to spray in hard to get areas... for the quickest application spread with your hands (fun!) and smooth with foam or a paintbrush...

oh and when it's wet it washes with water, once it's dry using pumice soap and/or a bristley brush will take it off no problem.. not nearly as bad as paint or grease...

i don't give a shit what it looks like as long as it works well... I'm not so shallow that how good my sound deadner looks matters....
