this will re-attach it just fine. Just dont ever actually use liquid nails to reattach stuff like eDead - it will just melt and make a mess.

eD might tell you you have a "bad batch" ... or delete your thread as they did. they ****.
You know I did clean it, but thats not it. its a garbage product. eD is full of shit they keep deleting my thread in the "general stereo" section on icix.

I EMAILED them an NO response of course.

The thing they pride themselves on......Customer service, right?

Well, their customer service is garbage. Maybe my subs are too loud and that's why it peels off continously everyday //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/frown.gif.a3531fa0534503350665a1e957861287.gif

I want my $ back.

My quote on Icix:

Why does every "negative" thread abotu the eDead v1 product get deleted?

I have not even recieved an email response back, a phone call, or a PM.

Looks like you guys are doing a GREAT job with your high end consumers.

Ben:

You might be confusing the site with no customers (icix) and the site that does (eD). If you have a Elemental Designs question feel free to drop me a e-mail at bmilne@edesignaudio.com - While I'm not in the office for a few weeks I will insure you get into contact with the right person. Please include your return e-mail and phone # as the guys can't use PM to do business.

If you have a icix question really the only place it can go is to admin@icixsound.com. Since icix has no real official admin and only a whole bunch of mods you'd be best off to PM the mod who posted in your threads.

eD sucks. I had a couple of their drivers and, well... (6 month story)

However, I have had eDead v1 in my car for around 4 years now. In fact I just applied the last of it about a week or so ago. No problems. My application method was washing down the area with mineral spirits, and then applying the deadener with a heat gun and just some pressure from my hands.

I really would not use any type of mat deadener without using a heat gun. Rollers are overrated and wont conform to curves and uneven surfaces. At least not as well as a heat gun with a very little bit of elbow grease.
