hmm... mine wasnt doing much legal.. 148 on a pissed off angry mic, mostly due to box design though.. with my box limits in my truck, running 3 subs gave me 88" of port area tops.. killer for street, but these L7's like to verexcurt if you have them unequal distances form the port.. moreso than most subs it seems, but otherwise they run great.. so with the 3 sub setup i ran 2 on the outside and one in the middle, with a port between each pair..insane daily, but wasnt doing much on the meter...

Now how do you go about mic placement in reality? might have to give it a shot.. Pal is about to sell his personal angry pissed off AC and pick up a TL.. and another pal just moved back in town with his angry pissed off LinX.. gotta hit that mic...

And why is it every time you come down here im out of town?? Id be at the show if i didnt have to do my 2 weeks active duty right then...leave 15th and come back the 30th... kills that show...

Alright guys, i've asked a bunch of diff. questions so far but havent gotten any specific answers, i've narrowed my options. i have an audiobahn aw1200q sub right now bein pushed by a profile clarus 600m. my choices are 1) to keep the way it is and buy some component speakers 2) upgrade to an eD 13.kv.2 with the profile amp or 3) buy the package deal of the eD 13kv.2 and a Nine.2 amp for 250, i could probly get the sub alone for about 30 after i sell my bahn and put it towards the 13kv.2. what do yall think? worth the 250 for the new sub and amp? or just spend 125 for new sub? or dont even change? open to any other sub options that would work well with this amp also. thanks.

Just curious if you've decided yet. You may want to look at RE or Incriminatoraudio.com. The KV.2's were originally supposed to ship in June. It's now September 12th and they still haven't shipped.

i still have my dual 10 setup in right now, and tomorrow ill go and hit that linX and see what it pulls...wondering how well airflow around the mic will register..

New to the site and a long time reader of all this eD shananigans. I'm a big supporter of smaller companies making stuff here in the US and thought eD would be the proper choice of subs. Then I called and tried to order some. Any in fact. They didn't have the metal required to make the baskets and had been preselling for 3 months even before I jumped on the bandwagon and tried to get a few. What a joke.

For any representative to stand behind eD in any way shape or form behind such a business fumble is just hilarious to me. You are fighting a losing battle against an army of people looking out for each other. They should post a "Coming Soon" and wait until the materials come to make the freaking product instead of taking people's money and ruining their reputation. Whether or not this guy Ben is a nice guy really isn't the question. The company he's with sells a non existant product. Vaporware for now.

I applaud everyone at Adire audio for their constant presence on the internet. It allows them to address issues in 'person' and really get a feel for how the market is responding to their products. Perhaps eD can take a hint and get more involved in addressing their issues. A little public relations is obviously needed and some realistic time estimates on their website.
