ED Kv or Ov Series right for me?

My amp puts out 660 RMS at 4 ohms bridged at 12.5 volts.

I am thinking I would want to be right in the middle of yellow for the best overall performance. I am looking at a PAIR of subs (dual 4 ohm of course to get my 4 ohm bridged).

I am comtemplating a pair of 12's or 15's in either series.

So judging by that power chart and my 330 RMS to each sub, what one's woudl you recommend for the best performance?

I'd go with the Ov's that way if you decide to upgrade on the amp your subs will still be able to handle the power. Plus I'd rather have my subs running at 60% of their potential and not 95%. IMO

Well now Im thinking, maybe go for one 16ov.2 and it would be getting 660RMS at the very least and I would put it in a multi-slot vented enclosure. This is goign in the back of a durango, think it would be loud enough?

Im running CDT CL-62's with full power to them for highs.

I think that would be a good choice or possibly the 2 12's. It all depends on how loud you want it but IMO a 15 inch sub with 650 watts in a SUV in a ported enclosure should do it. You can always add more.

660 watts is really pushing the limits of the Kv.2. The Ov.2 should be good up to 900 or so watts.

With your amp, I'd definately do two Kv.2 or one Ov.2...

Plus, consider that you're amp will be running at higher than 12.5 volts. You should get more than the 660 out of it.
