I just got one of these and noticed that the svc version is 3.1 ohms instead of 4, so does anybody know if this one is dual 3.1? If so, should my mtx ta7402 handle a 1.55 ohm load? I wired it up to 8 (or 6.2) right now because I was used to the dual 2 setup and it gets LOUD. I'm sure once I wire it in parallel it'll sound very nice. Any advice/help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Probably the resistance of the VC, not the impedance.

Here's where I saw those specs but will having it wired to 8 ohms until I get my new box hurt anything?

that is a DCR of 3.1ohms that is not the nominal impedance...8ohms will hurt nothing

DC resistance
