Eclipse Info 3 help

I recently bought a Eclipse 8454 that shows the Info 3 error message when trying to read discs. I have tried resetting the unit, blowing condensed air into the slot, using a q-tip to try to clean out any dust, and none of those have fixed it. I don't know if it just needs the laser cleaned or if it needs re-aligned.

Does anybody know how to disassemble the unit to clean the laser? Anybody know how to re-align it? If so, I would be willing to either pay you to walk me through it or pay you to fix it.

If anybody has any suggestions please let me know.

I would just go ahead and send it in to Eclipse.....give them a call to see what they can do for you.
