You file a claim with them and you have to provide a police report along with a receipt from an authorized dealer including installation. Once verified they will send a new replacement.

I've never really like the eclipses but the 5100 or the 7100 might just be the replacement for my kenwood x889.

i havent even hooked up either of them, they are still chillin in thier boxes... and i wouldnt upgrade anyways, for the same reason i strayed away from my beloved pioneer units... if i remember right the voltage changes alot with the hu's...

i think the 5000 had the highest preouts which always confused me why the 7000 didn't have as high a voltage...

i would like the hu's more if the 3100's were a higher preout as well...

what's the voltage specs on this years?

This one looks pretty nice, I think it might be the 5100 or 7100.
