Well i bought a cd8445 from some one on here for 275. Well the HU came broken, which could of been usps fault or seller's but he was generous enough to pay for it. So i send my broken hu to eclipes on last monday and was told it would take 10 to 14 days to get it fixed. Well today i come to the door and bam... i guess the unit was such in bad shape or their techies all had pregnant wives who were all delivering that hour and just said **** and just decided to give me a brand spanking new one. Nice did you at least get a manual with your new HU?

My experience with eclipse customer service is okay. They've helped me on a number of occasions on how to use the darn 8455 but when i started calling with regards to the stupid e-iserv, they basically couldn't figure out my questions and directed me to the place where i bought the HU. But the place didn't help me out so i basically gave up on the e-iserv.
