to be honest, you probably won't hear much of a difference in "sq" unless you have an ear made of silk //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif.
processing wise the eclipse hands down.

I heard night and day difference in the XXV verses the mid-level Alpine it replaced after it died... DAC's are VERY important. The better DA conversion and processing spoiled me.. Made a HUGE difference in SQ. Now I can't look at any of the brands except in their flagship models, or going separate into an H701 or something, unless I get silly and go with an MS-8, H701, 3sixty or other type for the OEM capability.
