looks good, but I just cant understand why Eclipse didn't include bluetooth on these units. That would have sealed the deal for me.

Eclipse is always behind a bit with "gadgets". Thier primary focus is a solid built product first, accessories are always secondary.

I don't see why they would have to sacrifice quality by adding Bluetooth. I mean there are really no major changes in their line-up from last year in terms of the build quality so why not add something like BT. Ughh. Oh well I guess you cant have your cake and eat it too with eclipse.

Any manufacturer could put EVERYTHING in a deck. It is a matter of how much you put in at a given pricepoint.

If you're worried about warranties on the 8445's on ebay, you can buy a 3 year extended warranty for about $28.00. I don't know how they are about filling claims if you have a problem because I've never bought one but seems to be a reaspnable price for someone that is worried about warranties
