Eclipse any good for this setup?

I have a box which has only .61 cubic ft and I've been looking and asking around for which subs would suit me best. I don't have any history with eclipse but from what I hear they are very reputable and make very good products. Anyways, the question I have is: Will two Eclipse SW7000 10" subs sound good in my box?

is .61 cubic ft with in the eclipse SW7000 recomend enclosure specs?

Also, I have a Rockwood 1600 watt amp from a few years ago which I no longer use but still works and is in great shape. I know it's a shitty amp but it works.

What amp should I get to power these two 10s? I think I should get a new decent amp or would this amp suffice?
