Eclipse amps Good/Bad

I have someone trying to sell me an Eclipse 3640 (Fujitsu Ten ) amp. I want it becuase of the power but I can't find a home web page anywhere. Is it chinese made or something? Anyone used this besides the seller with comments on how well it would work on components?

I have an eclipse pa-5542 4 channel and it runs pretty hardcore on some 6x9's lol. but I've had the same problem I have yet to find anyone who knows how much it is or wwhat the specs are

Yea the more information I can get the more inclined I am to buy it because I need my front stage to be louder. Thanks for the input though! :]
