ya i heard the same thing from a guy on a diff forum, pay pal would not let him take out the money till item was recived. but i would shoot paypal an email either way and see what they say.I heard you cant claim ur money anymore till you ship the item out and they recieve it and leave positive feedback. IDK, I havent experienced it.
If I had known that, I would have never posted it on Ebay:crap:Nope not a scam, if you have under 100 feedback as a seller and are selling high risk items (electronics) paypal will hold the money until either: 1 day after positive feedback has been left, or you have input a tracking number showing it was delivered to the verified address and the money will clear 3-4 days after that or 21 days after the auction is closed and neither of the above have happened.
Its bullshit if you ask me.
Yep best thing you can do is email the buyer explain the situation and ask him to leave positive feed back asap, provide him with whatever he needs to feel comfortable with doing that.If I had known that, I would have never posted it on Ebay:crap:
I do not think that is right with under 100 feedback. I am under that and have never had this. and just sold an amp last week. + bunch of other electronics in the past.Nope not a scam, if you have under 100 feedback as a seller and are selling high risk items (electronics) paypal will hold the money until either: 1 day after positive feedback has been left, or you have input a tracking number showing it was delivered to the verified address and the money will clear 3-4 days after that or 21 days after the auction is closed and neither of the above have happened.

I have experience this. The buyers were nice enough to leave positive feedback before I shipped the item.I heard you cant claim ur money anymore till you ship the item out and they recieve it OR leave positive feedback. IDK, I havent experienced it.
