Bi-xenon Morimoto Mini Stage III Kit (H1) - Complete Retrofit Kits from The Retrofit Source Inc

Easy projector retrofit. Everything you need.

If your dead set on not doing a retrofit and no one will change your mind no matter how Shitty PNP HIDs are in reflector headlights at least go with this.( no idea what bulb your car takes or even what you drive though)

H11: Morimoto Elite HID System - HID Systems from The Retrofit Source Inc

Like I said earlier Ive ran a bunch of different setups in my cars and others and I run Morimoto in my car and truck. Best you will get.IMO

Here are 2 of my retrofits.

my bad i thought u were the one who didnt respond..have u had any problems ..flickering or going.out....i dont really wana drop 300 on 2 kits and them still look bad because they arent in projectors..jus wondering if theres a solid kit

tldr thread, but i bought about 10 kits, and over 20sets of bulbs of the xentecs with the metal cases 2yrs. ago. first thing, is opern up the ballasts and silicone them so that thay are actually water tight. it's a bout 50/50 that your factory lighting harness is good enough condidtion to reliably supply steady clean voltage, so you might want the relay kit to run from the battery power. do not install them in aftermarket projectors with plastic lenses, as they will melt them. give them a 15min burn-in at least, 30min+ is better. meaning you turn them on and let them stay on constant the first time. with this, i have actually had great results. just replaced one that was starting to loose color, and even stayed off (ballast in protection mode) on me a couple times. somehow, there was dirt, or something on that bulb when i pulled it out. and, i'll still be money ahead of those who bought the high-dollar sets, when they make it through the 2nd pair of bulbs.

thanks man ...so should i just buy the heavy duty harness they offer?

my stock harness on the driver side i had to hardwire where i did the high/low conversion and it melted it. pass is fine and i see no problem running in stock housing if you know what you are doing. Mine are perfect. they go just as far as my high beam halogens do. But its not blinding. I had mom drive my car past me when i put them in. they is prefect

which kit did u get that melted? 55w ballast? im only.gona be running low and fog

Check out this item I found on eBay: http://pages.ebay.com/motors/link/?nav=item.view&id=320956486273
these are what im running...think ill be ok on melting? lol ..also im gona.be runnig.the 55w ballast ..should i upgrade.my harness
dont run 55w in low beams. When you do get 55w for high beam hardwire will be the best way.

My harness melted when i did the 55w high beam halogen to my stock low beam......was brighter than stock but it will melt if you dont do it perfect. Only one side melted on mine.

35w 6k is the best for low beam

55w 8k for high beam. 55w usually look 2k lower in color do to the brightness

I thank you for doing it right.

AND WHY THE FUCK DO YOU KEEP CALLING THEM REFLECTORS!?!?!?!?!?!?

They are PROJECTORS. And putting HID's in a halogen housing is ghey.

And another tid bit of info...if you get into a wreck, and the insurance company investigates, and they find out you have HID's in halogen housings, they can deny your claim.

And i bet most of you dont even know what the fuck HID stands for without googling it.
