Did you pay with pay pal? If so your ok, just file a claim and get your $25 shipping+ what you paid for the amp back. Thats why I love paypal sometimes...
Uhhhh no,you don't have to spend everything you charge for shipping, there are other factors that determine shipping.I don't know why the seller charged 25.00 but the op didn't have to pay it,I bet if the amp worked you wouldn't have seen this thread

When you get something you paid for, and in the for sale thread, or ebay thread, you see that it's in perfect condition, and you get it with a PIECE MISSING.
I recently purchased an amp off egay.Shipping was flat 25 also.Alot of people over charge on shipping.Either to get back what they have into it or to cover pp fees. Its not uncommon to have shipping be like actual 6-10 but they charge 20.The shipping cost shouldn't be the cause for complaint here.It should be directed toward the fact it was listed as perfect condition and came to you with unantispated damages that you feel weren't disclosed to you in the sale/discription.
