EA HO Alt crapper out on me

Yea my 250 amp alternator took a dump on me this morning. Voltage started at 14.1 this morning then dropped to 12.3 volts.

So I think the regulator went bad. I've only been running it for 3 months

How much does it usaully cost to get it repaired.

i had a 180 amp ea for my mazda, had it 2 months shit the bed, shipped it back to nate took him forever to fix it, got it back and it shit the bed again 2 weeks later.

If its just the re-coil, prolly half of what you bought it for but, if the whole thing goes, prolly need to buy a whole new 1 to save some money b/s re-furbishing the old will be a b!tch lol
