Dynamating a 4runner

I have a 2005 Toyota 4runner and i plan on instaling dynamat but i cant figure out how to remove the plastic in the trunk area in order to do so. Can any other 4runner owners or anybody who may can help me please let me know how or tell me where i can find out how to remove the plastic without damaging it. Thanks
