I am biased. Never said I wasnt. Im just saying that test doesnt prove anything other than AT paid for a test which renders it invalid and biased.

i am a biochemist by degree and i read white papers constantly for my work. one of the most important pieces to understand about research is who funded it.

Thats pretty much the first thing you learn in any high school English class in which you write research papers let alone in a college level class. Its funny how many people have a hard time grasping that concept.

i don't know that there is a big enough difference between the at, and dynamate extreme for me to pay the extra, as far as i can tell there almost, if not the same product.

why don't you just buy some of each, and give us a "non biased" testing result yourself?

hop off colemans nuts dude they sag already. but really the 40 mil was just as good in the real world non biased test. but i already helped him figure out what is better. even got him some samples of AT and hushmat to compare them too. he can make up his own mind from it

because then it wouldnt be non biased...he likes SS so he would say both dynamat and AT ****...

Everyone tuggin SS nuts.....and there is a product out there that destroys SS. It isn't cheap either.....but it is 3x the product that SS is. Any SS, no matter what tile it is. Or "Alpha Damp".

RHS Deadener....or Rock Hard Solutions. It is a 4mm mat that you warm, install, let cool. It goes rock hard. It does not let anything resonate.

I've been hoping to find a bit more but the last time I saw some for sale in North America. A Team had it and I had just spent a bunch of $ on knee surgery and didn't feel like spending on deadner lol. I've got a few different deadners here or on the way I'm trying. Bit of SDS, SS, Rammat, AT on the way, and about 10 sq feet of RHS.

I dont care about price either. Thats why I use the best on the market. I refuse to use a mediocre product. I believe in doing things right the first time around. FWIW I have over 120 sq ft of SS Damp Pro and Alpha Damp. Ive paid all of $60 for all of it. Superior product for less. Hope that helps.

The average person is going to pay way more than that for 120 sq ft of SS.

Also I thought you said anything over 25% coverage will actually hurt you instead of help you. 120 sq ft is a lot more than 25% coverage.

No that proves the guy that tested the products was biased towards AT. AT paid him to do the testing not SS.

So is this why when I paid them to test Dynamat Extreme it shows that Dynamat Extreme preforms better than Audio Technix 60 and Second Skin Damp from about 95 degrees and up? I have paid to have some other deadeners tested as well and they have shown to be better than Audio Technix 60 and Second skin Damp all around.
