Are you trying to completely sound proof something??? If so, what??? Your car, your dungeon/play room, what???

Is it even possible to completely sound proof a car? I have approx. 80 ft ^2 of RAAMmat and 5 yards of ensolite in my CRX and I can still hear the tires and wind.
