Ok so I am going to buy a pioneer avh-p3100dvd and I was planning to use the relay method to bypass the parking brake issue for video. My question is... the way I understand this to work, you have to use the remote power lead of the head unit and connect it to the relay. But dont I need that remote turn on for my amp for my system? Can I just connect it with the power lead from the HU at the location on the relay switch?
