I have one duel voice coil sub. Do you guys recommend I hook it up in parallel or in series. I figured I should do it in parallel, but is there any better one???
Depends what the coil impedances are, and what final impedance you wish to attain for maximum output from your amplifier. Parallel will halve the impedances wired together (two 4ohm coils paralleled equals one 2ohm load), and series doubles (two 4ohms in series make a single 8ohm). Its most common to see parallel wiring as most people are trying to gain relatively low impedances for 'high current' amplifiers.
Ok, well...I am hooking up a JBL with DVC each of wich is 2 ohms to an Infinity 611a, which is also 2 ohms. So would it be ok to wire them in parallel, that would make it 1 ohm....? Or would it be better at 4 ohms??

Amplifiers aren't an impedance, they are stable into an impedance.
In your case, that amp looks to be stable down to 2ohm. Which would mean that you would have to wire your sub's coils in series (assuming they are 2ohm/coil) for a final 4ohm load.
At 4ohms will that amplifier provide adequate power for your sub?
