DVC 4 or DVC 2????

Quick question guys. I picked up a hifonics 1100watt rms amp and I'm planning on getting a SD-12. Only question is should I get DVC 4 and wire it to 2ohms? Or should I get DVC 2 and wire it to 1 ohm?

If the amps 1 ohm stable and you are certain your getting only one sub go 2 dvc then.

And yet another option,if you plan on only one sub,and if that amp is .5 stable(I have no clue)and if you have decent electrical,why not D1 coil and wire it down to .5?
