dust cap repair/replacing

is it hard to replace dust caps . im thinking of trying it on my w7's i bought with holes one really needs it only. i asked fixmyspeakers, they said 45 each. but i was thinking i could try my self.

are all dust caps the same size.do you cut all of the old one away or save alitle around edge.

has anyone ever made a sticky on how to, or a thread i missed somewhere
