Dust behind radio faceplate

Hey guys. I have a JVC KD-PDR30 radio and the faceplate has dust specks behind it and it bothers me. Anyone know of a way to get them out?

Take it apart and clean with a lint free BUT you might end up making it worse

if you take it apart -
