The epi center brings more bass into songs that lack it. And is more adjustable like a crossover.

Bass knob just brings up your gain or bass boost depending on aplication

bass boost takes the existing bass signal and, well, boosts it lol. epicenters boost the bass, but they also recreate bass in songs where bass isn't present or is very quiet.
